The individuals, companies, and organizations on this list are those I consider personal friends.

There are companies listed, but only because I have enormous personal respect for who they are, what they do, and how they do it. This is based purely on my personal experience - there is no way to sponsor or buy your way onto this list.

As such, it is not intended to be a comprehensive list of industry sources - it is simply a list of my personal favourites based purely on my opinion of them being the very, very best of the best.
